1. Check the appearance of the device

- Carefully check whether the shell of the sponge machine is damaged, deformed, etc. If the appearance is damaged, check whether the internal parts are affected in time, and repair or replace the shell.

- Check whether the connection parts of the device are secure, such as bolts, nuts and other fasteners are loose. If it is loose, tighten it in time to ensure that the device does not loosen during operation.

2. Check the electrical system

- Check whether the power plug is tightly inserted, and whether the power cable is damaged or short-circuited. If there is a problem with the power cable, replace it in time to avoid electrical accidents.

- Turn on the power switch of the device and check whether the indicator on the control panel is on normally. If the indicator is off or blinking, check whether the power supply is normal, or contact maintenance personnel for maintenance.

- Check whether the motor, frequency converter and other electrical equipment is running normally, and whether there is abnormal noise, heating and other phenomena. If there is an anomaly, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and then used after troubleshooting.

3. Check the hydraulic system (if any)

- Check whether the oil level of the hydraulic tank is within the normal range. If the oil level is too low, hydraulic oil should be added in time to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

- Check whether there is leakage in the hydraulic pipeline. If there is leakage, repair or replace the pipeline in time.

- Start the hydraulic system, check whether the operation of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder and other equipment is normal, and whether there is abnormal noise, vibration and other phenomena. If there is an anomaly, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and then used after troubleshooting.

4. Check the transmission system

- Check whether the tension of belt, chain and other transmission components is appropriate. If the tension is insufficient, it should be adjusted in time to avoid affecting the transmission efficiency and stability of the equipment.

- Check whether the transmission parts are worn, broken, etc. If there is serious wear or fracture, the transmission parts should be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

5. Check the tool and fixture

- Check whether the cutting tool is sharp, no wear, notch, etc. If the tool is seriously worn or there is a gap, the tool should be replaced in time to ensure the cutting quality.

- Check whether the fixture is firm and can clamp the sponge material. If the fixture is loose or unable to clamp the material, the fixture should be adjusted or replaced in time to ensure that the material will not loosen or shift during processing.

6. Prepare safety equipment

- Operators should wear work clothes, safety hats, safety shoes, gloves and other safety protective equipment to prevent accidents during operation.

- Set up safety warning signs around the equipment to remind other personnel to pay attention to safety.
